Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Xtegro provides web hosting on Shared, Elite and VPS / Cloud plans. With each hosting purchase, we design and develop one website at no separate charge, of the type that comes with your plan.

2. Free website development

• Shared Hosting includes a basic 5-page static website.
• Elite Hosting includes a 10-page business website.
• VPS / Cloud Hosting includes an e-commerce website.
• Free design and development covers one website per hosting purchase.

3. Billing

• Hosting is purchased for one year. There is no monthly billing.
• All prices are exclusive of GST.
• On VPS / Cloud, the control panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk or Webuzo) is charged extra, at actuals.
• Renewal after the first year: if no website development or modification is needed, you get a flat 25% discount on the hosting renewal.
• Renewal price: hosting renews for a further year at the rate then applicable to your hosting, less the 25% discount where it applies.
• Renewal notice: we email you a reminder at least 15 days before your renewal date. If a renewal is not paid by the due date, your hosting may be suspended.
• Refunds: see section 4 below.
• Your website data: even after you cancel, you can take your website files and data. The website is yours to keep.
• We keep your files for 7 days after cancellation, so please take your data within that time.
• How to cancel: email info@xtegro.com from the email address registered with us. Cancellation takes effect on the date we confirm it, and any refund follows the refund policy above.

4. Refund policy

Hosting is purchased for one year. If you cancel, you may be refunded part of the hosting fee, depending on when you cancel, counted from the date of purchase:

• Within the first 6 months: 50% refund
• After 6 months and within 9 months: 25% refund
• After 9 months: no refund

Refunds are calculated on the hosting fee excluding GST, so GST is not refunded.

To request a refund, write to info@xtegro.com. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

5. Domains

Shared and Elite Hosting support one domain only. Addon domains are not allowed.

6. Changes to your website

Any modification to your website is free for the first 15 days from the day of deployment. After 15 days, modifications are charged on a per-incident basis, quoted as per your requirement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our hosting lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to:

• host or share unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content;
• host malware, phishing pages or anything designed to harm others;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk email;
• mine cryptocurrency, or run programs that use excessive resources and affect other customers;
• attempt to break into, disrupt or overload our servers or other customers' sites.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or terminate the service, with or without notice depending on how serious it is. Refunds may not apply in such cases.
