Is the website really free?
Yes. Website development has no charge when you buy a year of hosting, for one website. You only pay for the hosting.
What website do I get with each hosting?
Shared: a basic 5-page static website. Elite: a 10-page business website. VPS / Cloud: an e-commerce website.
Is there monthly billing?
No. Hosting is purchased for one year.
What happens after the first year?
You renew your hosting. If you don't need any website development or changes, you get a flat 25% discount on the renewal.
Do I keep my website if I cancel?
Yes. Even after cancellation, you can take your website data and files with you. We keep your files for 7 days after cancellation, so please collect them within that time.
Can I make changes after my website goes live?
Yes. Any modification to your website is free for the first 15 days from the day of deployment. After 15 days, any modification is charged on a per-incident basis, quoted as per your requirement.
Can I get more than one website built for free?
No. The free design and development covers one website per hosting purchase.
Can I host more than one domain?
Not on Shared or Elite. Each of these supports one domain only, and addon domains are not allowed.
Which hosting should I choose?
