1. What we collect

When you contact us through our website, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, the hosting you are interested in, and your message.

2. How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to set up your hosting and website. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to deliver your hosting, billing and email, or where the law requires it, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

3. Fonts and third parties

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when you visit. The video on this site is hosted on our own server. This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.

4. Payments and billing data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers. We keep invoice and billing records, including GST details, as required by tax and accounting laws.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and ask us to delete it, by writing to info@xtegro.com. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they do not lead to a purchase. Client and billing records are kept for as long as we provide your service and as tax and accounting laws require. Website files are kept for 7 days after cancellation.
